Milton “LIL REL” Howery grew up on Chicago’s West Side. At an early age he knew that he had a strong interest in comedy and began to work on his dreams while attending Crane High School located on Chicago’s West Side. He broke into Comedy at a young age performing and honing his skills at comedy clubs around Chicago. He made his first television appearance in 2000 on BET’s ComicView. He continues to grow at a rapid pace while also working to establish his company as a power house in the industry. His inspirations are some of the greats such as Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, but LIL REL continues to create his own lane with his original brand of comedy.

Knowledge Beckom was born and raised on Chicago’s South Side. He attended Mt. Carmel High School where he was a stand out basketball player and continued his education at the University of Illinois in Champaign. In college he became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and served as Polemarch (President) in his senior year. After graduation he focused on technology Sales as a career while also working after hours to build his portfolio of business which included Real Estate, Entertainment & Travel. He serves as Owner/President of The LIL REL Company where he is responsible for building the company’s brand, vision and strategy.

Verina Z Robinson is a "jack of all trades" from Chicago. Graduating in the top 10% of her high school class (01) she journeyed to Tennessee State University to pursue a degree in Economics. Being a true city girl she returned to Chicago and received her MA in Econ with a minor in International Business from Northwestern University and is currently working on her Doctorates in Psychology. At a young age Verina showed a proclivity for the written arts. In addition to being multilingual she is also a published author. While serving as the General Manager of the Lil Rel Company & Editor in Chief of the monthly newsletter Lil Rel's Corner, Verina is also an entrepreneur. This life student loves to travel and believes that all it takes is one person to change the world.
